Master’s and Bachelor’s prom
Every year, NÖJES organizes the Master’s and Bachelor’s Ball for the school’s students on behalf of the student union. This is one of our most extensive projects, as it requires careful logistics and planning. With over 10 years of experience, we have become experts at creating an unforgettable ball experience for all guests.
In recent years, the balls have been held at Societetshuset on Marstrand over two days in mid-May, with over 300 guests at each ball. NÖJES is responsible for all preparations and ensures that everything needed for a successful ball is in place. This includes, among other things:
- Bokning och uppstyrning av lokal
- Underhållning under kvällen, musik, toastmaster, live band
- Matpreferenser samt bordsplacering enligt önskemål
- Dekorationer & fotograf
- Transport till och från Marstrand för alla närvarande
GADDEN – Afterparty
Previously, NÖJES has had the honor of collaborating with Gadden, the school’s and Nordic region’s largest career fair, to organize the official after-party. This is an event where both the school’s students and representatives from the fair’s companies participate.
NÖJES takes care of the entire arrangement, which includes booking the venue, DJ, photographer, entertainment, and much more. At the most recent Gadden party, one of Sweden’s biggest DJs – NAUSE – performed and contributed to an unforgettable evening..
The Gadden after-party has become one of the most appreciated events, both among students and the participating companies.
